Your tasks:

• Apply knowledge of IFS, BRC standards, HACCP principles and people management skills to maintain and further improve hygienic conditions, efficiency of cleaning activities and housekeeping processes including keeping documentation up-to date.
• Lead, organize, supervise the performance and quality of reporting employees and service providers responsible for cleaning of factory production, warehousing areas, staff facilities (office, changing rooms, canteen, etc.) and external areas.
• Manage the adequate operation of hygiene related HACCP prerequisite programs such as pest control, personal hygiene, trainings, control measures and validations, environmental monitoring, GMP/GHP factory checks in line with requirements of food safety standards.
• Coordinate, document, measure, improve and report the work of reporting associates, service providers, other suppliers.
• In case of changes contribute to the modifications and update of Quality management system (documentation, check sheets, forms, process flow diagrams, etc.).
• Support root cause analysis of non-conformities (eg. raw materials, customer complaints)
• Participate in certification, internal audits and at customer’s audits.

Your profil:

• MSc or BSc degree in Food Science and Technology / Chemical Engineering
• Quality assurance experience (at the least 2 years)
• Intermediate English, both in written and oral
• Confident use of MS Office (.xls, .xdoc, .ppt)
• Good problem solving skill
